Description

•Drive the growth and engagement of the Global Luxury Program by effectively communicating and deploying marketing offerings. •Lead the execution of local luxury marketing programs, including advertising, public relations, strategies, and tactical implementation focused on luxury markets and affluent clientele. •Serve as a strategic partner to plan, implement, and manage luxury marketing plans for assigned offices. •Provide high-level support to independent sales associates and their teams, assisting with marketing strategies and project management. •Document and track all direct agent communications and interactions via the CBGL Touchpoint App. •Support local operating company and senior leadership by providing marketing support and counsel. •In collaboration with Luxury Marketing Director, develop luxury strategies to aid with retention and recruiting in the luxury marketplace. •Implement and support company and agent awareness of the program through consistent communication, event management, and coordination with public relations and communications resources. •Design and deliver recurring educational opportunities and instruction for sales associates, branch managers, and staff. •Manage, coach and train a small team of Luxury Marketing Specialists.

Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a medium/large professional services company. •2+ years of experience with social media, online advertising, and traditional advertising. Experience with contract negotiations and media plan management strongly preferred. •Experience working effectively in a fast paced, multi-functional, multi-location team with minimal supervision. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle small copywriting jobs and presentation development. •Excellent customer service skills and polished public speaking abilities. •Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution. •Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management systems, and CRM systems. •Ability to travel to local branch offices, regional meetings, and other company-related events as needed.
