Description

• The Coldwell Banker Realty Sales Enablement team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager. • This position is responsible for assisting with coordinating and managing brokerage initiatives and projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery. • The Project Manager must exhibit outstanding project management and client communication skills to achieve the highest possible standards in client service. • They need basic knowledge of clients’ business challenges to provide solutions and project management execution. • This position will report to the National Director of Sales Operations and is 100% remote.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years in a sales environment; with 2-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously with pressure to meet deadlines • Knowledge of project management tools and their applications • Experience creating and editing presentation decks using PowerPoint and Canva • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer focused approach • Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 applications • Self- starter with the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment and adapt to an evolving organization while taking ownership to meet objectives • Team player with excellent relationship building skills. • Proven ability to communicate clearly and present key information objectively and collaborate effectively with teams and leadership.
