• As a Sr. Manager of Data Science, solve complex problems using data-driven approaches. • Lead data collection, analysis, and model deployment to enhance business decision-making. • Support career development of associates and maintain collaborative relationships with partners. • Strive to create an inclusive and collaborative environment valuing diverse perspectives. • Leverage advanced analytics to drive business success and deliver exceptional value.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related analytical discipline. • At least 6 years of experience in building end-to-end models in Python (or a similar language) and deploying them in production. • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of data scientists. • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages. • Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, with exposure to large language models being a plus. • Expertise in techniques such as Linear Regression, GLM, Random Forest, GBM, XGBoost, and various segmentation methods.
