Description

• Lead a high-performing remote team of software engineers (ICs) to deliver complex projects on time and with quality • Develop and execute technical strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for the team's projects, aligning them with company objectives • Coach, mentor, and develop ICs' technical skills and leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to drive innovation and experimentation • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting sessions for team members to ensure individual career growth • Develop and manage the team's technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and prioritizing initiatives that drive business results

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar senior technical role, preferably in a remote work environment • Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams and managing distributed projects to deliver high-quality results • Strong technical background in writing Flutter, React, Node, and TypeScript code, with expertise in at least one of these areas • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a remote setting • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and a willingness to adopt new approaches as needed
