Description

• Spearhead the continuous improvement of our curricula and content, ensuring a transformative learning experience for diverse learners • Collaborate with team leaders to align content with industry standards, analyse policy changes, and design curricula tailored to various funding streams • Deliver high-quality remote and in-person training sessions and coordinate engaging guest speaker events • Manage a team of corporate guest speakers for our Leaders in Action series

Requirements

• Advanced Leadership and Management/Coaching qualification (L5 or above) • Teaching Qualification (L5+) • Assessor award certification • 5+ years in apprenticeship delivery • In-depth knowledge of the UK apprenticeship levy system and educational policies • Extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional design • Proven track record in delivering remote and in-person training sessions • Experience with innovative practices from the commercial sector (preferred) • Superior communication and presentation skills • Exemplary academic writing skills • Strong grasp of apprenticeship and corporate training methodologies • Proficiency in creating high-quality learning materials • Excellent relationship management skills • Collaborative mindset and experience working with remote teams • Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality • Creative and innovative in curriculum design and delivery • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
