Description

• Provide expert coaching, support, and motivation to adult learners enrolled in the Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship • Develop tailored plans for each learner's journey, ensuring clear and structured progress from their starting point • Integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning elements into the learners' experiences, ensuring a comprehensive development process • Offer additional support and catch-up strategies to meet individual learner needs and goals • Engage line managers in the learners' progress and conduct regular tripartite reviews • Prepare learners for the end-point assessment gateway, ensuring they are fully equipped for success • Ensure learners meet off-the-job learning requirements and achieve the apprenticeship standard • Proactively engage learners who may be falling behind, helping them to re-engage and progress • Participate in Apprenticeship Team and Standardisation meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices • Foster a passion for learning and effectively engage with learners from various industries and backgrounds

Requirements

• Level 4 or higher Project Management Qualification (ideal) • Relevant experience in managing and coaching project managers (ideal) • Experience in the apprenticeship sector (highly desirable) • Experience with the delivery of the Level 4 Project Management apprenticeship (highly desirable) • Recognised teaching qualification (desirable but not essential) • Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable but not essential) • In-depth knowledge and understanding of project management theories and their practical application
