• Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von einheitlichen Prozessen zur Sicherstellung von EU-Meldepflichten • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Fachabteilungen und externe Berater • Beratung und Unterstützung von Auslandsgesellschaften sowie Personalbetreuung von internen Kunden • Nachhalten von Melde- und Registrierungsfristen • Ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung von Betriebsstätten • Koordination und Kommunikation mit externen Partnern • Differenzierung und Zuordnung von Abrechnungsergebnissen und Reisekosten • Erstellen von Verträgen und Bescheinigungen • Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Verbesserung unserer Prozesse
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Rechtswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Global Mobility oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Umfangreiche stellenrelevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Global Mobility/Entsendungsmanagement • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerecht in Bezug auf Auslandseinsätze • Sehr gute Englisch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse • Projektmanagementkompetenz • Akkurate und gründliche Arbeitsweise • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und analytische Fähigkeiten
