📋 Description

• Assist in global recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and supporting with work permits. • Serve as a key HR contact for employees across various regions. • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance. • Maintain compliance with international, regional, and local employment laws. • Support global performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews. • Maintain accurate HR records across locations. • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills. • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or global company. • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of cultural awareness. • Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools, preferably Personio. • Excellent knowledge of Excel, and analytical skills. • CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or an equivalent HR certification is a plus. • Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
