📋 Description
• Übernahme einer zentralen Rolle in Planung und Durchführung von Projekten • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Drittanbietern zur Optimierung von Prozessen • Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen zur Sicherstellung fristgerechter Lieferung der Projektziele • Verantwortlich für Projektplanung und -verwaltung, Setzen von Meilensteinen und Fortschrittsüberwachung • Anforderungsanalyse, Systemdesign, Implementierung, Testen und Inbetriebnahme • Optimierung der Projektabläufe durch bewährte Projektmanagementmethoden • Identifizierung von Risiken und Maßnahmen zur Minimierung einleiten • Enge Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, Transparenz durch regelmäßige Berichterstattung
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau) oder Berufsausbildung (z. B. Technischer Zeichner, Produktdesigner, Mechatroniker) mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker/Meister in Maschinen- und Anlagenbau • +3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau und Projektmanagement (Maschinenabnahme und Inbetriebnahme, Kundenkontakt, Dokumentation) • Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten • Reisebereitschaft • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Pharma-Know-how (GMP und Validierung) oder Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
