🎯 Requirements

•1 year plus experience in operations, administration, or related field is considered an asset. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. •Basic data management and reporting skills, with foundational knowledge of tools like Excel; willingness and eagerness to learn new reporting tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, CRM platforms). •High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive situations. •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. •Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
