Description

• The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will lead Kognitiv’s marketing efforts, focusing on marketing strategy, lead generation, campaign management, and enhancing brand presence in the Workday ecosystem. • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve key business goals, including maintaining a 50% YoY increase in new sales. • Manage a small team to optimize lead generation and brand awareness campaigns via multiple channels. • Take ownership over copywriting and collaborate with agencies to produce high-quality content. • Increase awareness and engagement across the Workday field to drive client introductions and partnerships. • Work closely with senior executives to create compelling campaigns that drive client engagement. • Regularly analyze key marketing metrics and provide insights to senior leadership. • Continuously bring fresh ideas, challenging existing processes and driving innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with experience managing brand strategy, campaigns, and lead generation efforts. • 2+ years of HubSpot experience is required. • Experience managing a small team and working directly with agency partners and collaborating with Executive leadership to execute key company priorities. • Proven ability to manage and execute deliverables on schedule and within budget. • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Marketing, and WordPress. • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and video content creation are a plus. • Self-starter and Bold Thinker. • The right candidate will be a multi-tasker, creative thinker, creative problem-solver, and excellent communicator with solid writing skills. • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment and with professional services firms or SaaS is encouraged but not required.
