β€’ Kognitiv Inc. seeks best in Workday ecosystem to ensure customer satisfaction. β€’ Adaptive Consultants work with clients and internal teams to maximize Workday value. β€’ Responsible for providing Workday Post Production support across Adaptive Insights modules. β€’ Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s). β€’ Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. β€’ Assess client needs and propose recommendations to meet goals. β€’ Collaborate effectively on team-based projects and innovate on Workday deployment. β€’ Meet key performance indicators including customer satisfaction scores and utilization targets.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday. β€’ Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive), or Integrations - Power of One. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment. β€’ Some consulting skills e.g., presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc. β€’ Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities. β€’ Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships. β€’ Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. β€’ Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals. β€’ Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday. β€’ Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables. β€’ Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change. β€’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. β€’ Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).
