• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements • Conduct working sessions with clients • Assess client needs and propose recommendations • Assist clients in testing Workday Adaptive Insights configuration • Use the company's methodology to implement solutions • Collaborate effectively on team-based projects • Strive to innovate new approaches to deploy Workday • Perform research on problems and present corrective measures • Provide guidance and coaching to team members
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations • Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas • Excellent communication skills • Some consulting skills • Experience implementing complex business solutions • Ability to prioritize and organize work • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year)
