Description

• Kognitiv Inc. seeks best in Workday ecosystem to ensure customer satisfaction. • Adaptive Consultants work with clients and internal teams to maximize Workday value. • Responsible for providing Workday Post Production support across Adaptive Insights modules. • Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s). • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. • Assess client needs and propose recommendations to meet goals. • Collaborate effectively on team-based projects and innovate on Workday deployment. • Meet key performance indicators including customer satisfaction scores and utilization targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday. • Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive), or Integrations - Power of One. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment. • Some consulting skills e.g., presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc. • Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities. • Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships. • Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. • Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals. • Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday. • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables. • Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).
