At Kognity we are dedicated to creating high-quality educational resources that empower educators and enhance student learning outcomes. • As we continue to grow and expand our content, we are seeking experienced Physical Sciences curriculum writers and reviewers to join our team on a project basis. • If you have a strong background in curriculum development and pedagogy, and a deep understanding of NGSS, we invite you to apply and join us in our mission to deliver impactful educational resources to schools worldwide. • Writers and reviewers are expected to invest between 15 and 20 hours per week, depending on the role and the stage of the project. Flexibility for remote work and periodic team meetings is necessary.
Requirements
• Proven experience in High School Science NGSS Physical Sciences curriculum development, assessment or pedagogy. • Deep understanding of Next Generation Science Standards for Physical Sciences High School Science • Experience in writing, developing and/or reviewing three-dimensional assessments aligned with NGSS. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate educational content against established criteria. • Previous curriculum reviewing experience • High level of English language proficiency • Excellent communication skills
