• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and clients to elicit, analyze, and prioritize project requirements. • Translate complex needs into clear, actionable specifications. • Work closely with developers, designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure requirements are clearly understood and feasible. • Track, manage, and document changes to requirements as the project evolves. • Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validate that the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or a related role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. • Certification in business analysis or requirements engineering (e.g., CBAP, IREB). • Knowledge of system modeling techniques, such as UML or BPMN. • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar). • Understanding of both technical systems and business processes.
