Description

• Lead and inspire product design team to grow their craft • Drive business impact delivering new products & services • Own & drive user research initiatives • Establish UX processes and methodologies promoting collaboration and innovation • Partner with product and engineering teams to drive product strategy

Requirements

• Experience leading a generalist design and research team (more than 5 designers/researchers) • Expert in people development and up-leveling design craft • Balancing business requirements, technological capabilities, and user insights to deliver great products • Experience building and scaling research functions • Mastery of hiring the right skillset • Comfort collaborating with and advocating for design with leadership • Strong level of design thinking, user centricity and research
