📋 Description

• We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team. • As the Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our services, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing project outcomes. • This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Responsibilities include client engagement, project planning and execution, resource management, quality assurance, risk management, client communication, and continuous improvement. • If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional services, building client relationships, and driving successful projects, we invite you to apply for the Engagement Manager position and contribute to the success of our Professional Services team.

🎯 Requirements

• Have the ability to speak French fluently. • Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar role within Professional Services. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred. • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. • Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies for professional services delivery. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges during project execution. • Strategic thinking with the ability to convey complex API concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a plus.
