• Responsible for scoping, managing and executing customer pilots and proof of transformational values to win technical confidence from customers • Identify and understand customers pain points and needs • Foster relationships with technical decision makers and influencers at the customers • Identify commonalities between customers’ processes and tools to drive KONUX product value proposition towards a common transformative system for the rail industry • Support our internal business development, pre-sales efforts and sales with subject matter expertise for current and future products
• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or a related field. • Basic understanding of mechanics, physics and data processing and analysis required • 2-5 years of hands-on technical field in the rail industry, preferably with a focus on railway infrastructure • Experience working in a fast paced company transforming an industry • Ability to build strong relationships with industry experts, partners and strategic third parties • Required to travel to field at least 2 days in week • German (C2/1) & English Business Proficiency (C1) is mandatory for this role
