🎯 Requirements
•You have several years of relevant professional experience in the customer service area of a B2B software company and have already gathered some first leadership experience, preferably in a Customer Success role or comparable. •You are an absolute process expert in one of the following areas: logistics, production planning, operations, financial accounting, wholesale and foreign trade, or eCommerce. •You have solid experience in consulting or implementing modern ERP software. •You possess a strong IT understanding and work with modern tools such as Zendesk or JIRA. •Very good English and German skills round off your profile.
