• About the Company: Koru UX Design is a leading UX design agency specializing in HealthTech. • As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll be leading design projects from concept to completion. • You’ll mentor junior designers and collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related. • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products. • Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, Miro or similar. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders. • Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus. • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS). • Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes. • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.
