Requirements

•6+ years of experience with UI design, across 2+ products. •Track record of creating engaging UI designs and getting great user feedback. •Experience in delivering the full product lifecycle, from planning to shipping to iterating based on user feedback. •Demonstrates empathy with users who are different from themselves. •Team player with simple, direct and positive communication. •Passionate about making complex systems simple. •Detail-oriented, obsessed with crafting perfect UX. •Ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment •Self-managing, self-correcting. •Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. •Willingness to work from home. •Willingness to participate in meetings during US mornings and evenings due to our distributed team.
