Description
• Support the HR IT team by working on operational incident and service requests in relevant HR systems • Ensure operational KPI’s are achieved in these fields • Documentation of HR business processes for frequently asked questions and KOSTAL’s technical knowledge database • Support routine system maintenance with testing • Work on HR project tasks as and when required • Support the digital improvement journey of KOSTAL’s international HR organization
Requirements
• At least 2 year work experience in an HR IT application management role • Experience in SAP HR (HCM) processes like Payroll, Organization Management, Employee Master Data Management • Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support) • Familiarity with ABAP is an advantage • HR related application knowledge (like: Cornerstone, SmartRecruiters) is an advantage • Highly motivated individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems • Good time management (Ability to plan, manage) • Structured and organized approach to work • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
