• The KTN Recruitment Supervisor will lead a recruitment team for Kryterion Testing Network. • This position demands high motivation, determination, and leadership skills. • Responsible for generating new business leads and meeting recruitment goals. • Present Kryterion’s business model to potential testing centers worldwide. • Oversee the recruitment process from researching to onboarding new centers. • Collaborate with the KTN team on network expansion plans.

Requirements

• A leader with a Bachelor’s degree in business management (preferred) or equivalent work experience. • Proficient in internet technologies, including PC and Mac operating systems, security software, and CRM systems like Salesforce™. • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications. • A strong communicator with excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Results-driven with enthusiasm, integrity, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. • Experienced in leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional service and support. • Familiar with sales pipeline management concepts, possessing exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills. • Bonus Qualifications: Experience in a help desk support center and outbound selling environment. Knowledge of sales pipeline management and online database mining.
