• Establish and build Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand while recruiting healthcare professionals • Source healthcare professionals through a high volume of outreach • Use a consultative selling approach to recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage healthcare providers • Build value with the talent to partner with Supplemental Health Care • Exceed metrics and target goals to grow revenue • Negotiate salary and benefits for each applicant • Make a difference in communities and healthcare providers’ lives • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• History of using consultative selling to drive results and hit metrics; this includes marketing strategies, sales results, and delivering value to all prospective talent • Strong communication skills to be able to negotiate and persuade different types of people • Have creative problem-solving skills to find answers and create the outcomes needed in a fast-paced environment • An attitude to succeed and be resilient in all types of situations • Being able to work independently and time-manage your work weeks • A drive to have a career in healthcare and keep up with the ever-changing landscape • An upbeat, positive, and fun personality to create an excellent team environment
