Description

• KSA Integration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager. • The Program Manager will oversee the delivery of Financial and Legal services to disabled veterans and their caregivers. • Responsible for overseeing Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Supervisors and Paralegals, ensuring performance goals are met. • Supports the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC).

Requirements

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a business or legal field (such as MBA or JD) • Minimum of 15 years of experience providing finance and legal services • Experience must include call service centers supporting finance and legal guidance. • Must meet government security requirements • Must have or be able to pass a Tier-1 Background investigation. • Non-expired Tier-1 or higher background investigations meet this requirement.
