🎯 Requirements
• Título universitario en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Análisis de Datos, Finanzas o campos relacionados. • +2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, gestión de bases de datos y herramientas de visualización. • Orientado al detalle con fuertes habilidades de razonamiento lógico y resolución de problemas. • Habilidades avanzadas en herramientas como Excel, incluyendo macros, Google Sheets y una o más plataformas de BI y herramientas de visualización (por ejemplo, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.); experiencia con programación SQL. • Mentalidad de mejora continua. • Trabajo en equipo altamente colaborativo. • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales. • Fluidez en español e inglés.
