• Maintain People Success dashboard with latest metrics and prepare insightful reports • Prepare and update headcount costs reports • Help maintain consistent job architecture and salary ranges • Work with databases for compensation benchmarking • Ensure accuracy of compensation updates in HRIS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Analytical Engineering, Finance, or related field is preferred • Experience with data analytics, database management, and visualization tools • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, BI platforms, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) • Experience with SQL coding • Fluent in both Spanish and English
