🎯 Requirements
• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. • Fundierte Erfahrung im Stakeholder- oder Partnermanagement, idealerweise in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Recruiting-Agenturen oder im Bildungssektor. • Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Reporting-Tools (z. B. Excel, HubSpot, Tableau). • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Beziehungen auf Augenhöhe zu gestalten und Partner*innen langfristig zu binden. • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steuerung von Partnernetzwerken. • Proaktivität und die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld effektiv und strukturiert zu arbeiten. • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und exzellente Englischkenntnisse (Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch). • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Gesundheitsbereich.
