Description
• Work on Digital Customer Journey focusing on transforming customer interactions. • Gather user feedback, create graphic elements, and construct navigation components. • Collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders for design consistency and usability. • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Support the team in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Requirements
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, preferably with examples showcasing PLG-oriented projects. • A proficiency in Figma. • Understanding of PLG principles and experience designing features or interfaces that drive user engagement and growth. • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis. • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and strong communication skills. • Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
