📋 Description

• Manage various time and labor applications for designated divisions • Focus on process and system improvement and work independently to make recommendations • Problem resolution, customer service, communications, and training • Analyze and post labor to financial ERPs and payroll applications • Proactively identify issues with a timecard system • Write and convey requirements, formulate test cases, test, communicate, and implement • Monitoring payroll entries as needed • Responding to inquiries from employees, HR, managers and payroll processors • Collaborate with internal compliance in researching and providing records for audit • Ensure SOX controls are complete • Document processes and procedures to increase efficiency and standardization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience • Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience • Experience in T&L compliance, finance or payroll • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information • Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel • Demonstrated practical experience in root cause analysis, analytical thinking, independent judgement, initiative, multi-tasking, customer service, details, prioritization, flexibility, and teamwork • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
