• 8+ years in optimizing revenue/sales operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. • Previous experience working in an international environment, managing multi-market sales operations. • Proven track record in building and optimizing sales operations, developing KPIs, and implementing new processes. • Extensive experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and other sales tools, including telephony systems. • Experience implementing AI-driven tools (e.g., call analysis, lead scoring, predictive analytics) to enhance sales efficiency. • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with both local and global stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on complex data to drive business outcomes. • Advanced level of English and Ukrainian.
