Description

• Online education is an area of explosive startups and investments. By 2025, the global EdTech market will be worth more than $400 billion. • Laba Group team started 9 years ago and we are already EdTech leaders in Ukraine. • In 2020, we entered the European market, and now we are actively working on projects in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. • In 2015, the first master class was launched in Kyiv, which grew into the Laba business school • In 2019, the pop-culture school SKVOT was opened • In 2020, were opened offices in 5 European countries and robot_dreams — a school of programming, analytics and data science • Our next goal is to become a Unicorn company. We are expanding and looking for "our" people. • Every day, thousands of clients see the ads created by our talented Creative team. But to make this happen, we need a skilled and organized manager to coordinate the team’s workflow and deliver results.

Requirements

• Coordinate the creative team (Designers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Proofreaders) • Communicate with internal stakeholders (Course Producer, Marketers, etc.); • Provide updates on the status of creative campaign development; • Work closely with Middle and Senior Project Managers to coordinate processes across Ukrainian and Turkish markets; • Distribute the team's workload to ensure no one experiences burnout and prioritize tasks; • Monitor the quality of the team's work; • Gather feedback from the Marketing and Production teams to improve our ad campaigns. • Gets fully involved in projects, covering all angles; • Has experience in project/account management, marketing, or other relevant sphere; • Has an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English to understand requests from colleagues in Turkey; • Meets deadlines and always keeps a pulse on the project status; • Has a basic understanding of the workflow of copywriters and designers; • Approaches challenging tasks with enthusiasm; • Wants to become well-versed in project management and digital advertising; • Can work full-time.
