Description

• Lead the study management team to create and implement vision and strategy. • Manage daily operations and ensure successful project management. • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring resource allocation and performance goals. • Drive continuous improvement and quality in service delivery. • Establish and maintain communication with global project management and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience • Experience managing a team of up to 20 plus is preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively • Proven ability to inspire effective teamwork and motivate staff in a multi-regional, matrixed environment • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in clinical or laboratory settings • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate, guide, and influence a unified approach within a global, cross-functional environment • Proven strength in planning, problem solving, and organization • Consistent track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving results through leadership • Demonstrated ability to interact with, influence and inspire staff at all levels of the organization • Inclusive and engaging presentation and communication skills • Demonstrated leadership development capabilities
