📋 Description

• Develop effective communication strategies and tactics to drive engagement in services • Create tools and resources for clients to promote our services • Work with SMEs to develop new client-facing materials • Support commercial team members with presentations and updates for clients • Partner with SMEs to review and develop collateral for products across marketing channels • Oversee organization communications calendar and internal emails • Own and execute internal communications strategies and newsletters • Partner with stakeholders for client-facing messaging during crisis-events • Project manage communications workload and liaise with Enterprise Marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Communications, Journalism or English • Master’s degree highly desirable • Experience with corporate communications, public relations, product marketing, or related field • Experience in product and feature launches communicating product value to market • 36 to 60 months of experience in communications including speechwriting and internal/external communications • Healthcare or Wellness communications experience highly preferred • Visual design skills and experience • Multimedia creation/editing skills • In-depth knowledge of modern communications tools and Microsoft suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Growth mindset • Ability to think strategically about communications
