Description

• Entry level compensation role responsible for transactional compensation actions and analytics • Participate in salary surveys, job evaluations, and analytical assignments • Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support compensation programs and practices • Prepare compensation reporting and analyses

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, or other analytical field • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Experience with HRIS Systems, including running queries, accessing and manipulating data • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; presentation • Fluency in English required
