📋 Description
• Responsible for developing market access and payer strategy for women’s health and reproductive genetics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectuate comprehensive payer strategies. • Serve as national payor solutions lead in new test development initiatives. • Provide expert insight into reimbursement and coverage scenarios for novel technologies. • Lead commercial payer reimbursement strategy for assigned assays.
🎯 Requirements
• B.S. Degree required; preferred in Business, Business Administration, Science, or related degree • Strongly preferred: Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharm D., Business Administration or Public Health. • 10+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic plans for optimal payer coverage/policies and reimbursement. • Experience in reproductive genetic testing and specialty diagnostics related to women’s health. • Knowledge of Managed Care and health care industry dynamics. • Strong presentation skills. • Negotiation, analytical and financial acumen; proficient in PowerPoint/Word/Excel; knowledge of CPT and ICD coding and processes.
