Description

• Performs a variety of multi-disciplinary administrative functions related to Workers’ Compensation, automobile and general liability claims and litigation • Communicates with Risk Management and Legal department personnel, Labcorp supervisors, managers, HR staff, Fleet department, insurance carriers, third-party administrators and brokers as required • Supports liability loss prevention administrative functions as needed • Will also participate in required legal proceedings such as mediations and hearings, as well as audits of third-party vendor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma w/3+ years associated experience required - Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Insurance claims and legal experience highly preferred • Answer telephones, maintain logs/records • Organizational skills, proficiency with numbers • Research information, time management, train employees • Use computerized databases, written and verbal communications • Drive results, compile data-driven results and clearly communicate to departments • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications for assigned projects • Strong knowledge and experience with MS office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills, and organizational skills
