Join a team where learning, collaboration, and growth are at the core of everything we do, and where solving big challenges is part of the fun. • As the IT Compliance & Governance Manager at Laminar, you will play a pivotal role in managing IT compliance, cybersecurity, risk, and governance initiatives, whilst also ensuring the smooth operation and support across various IT functions. • Your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, particularly in alignment with ISO 27001 accreditation.
• Mastery: Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, along with proficiency in risk management, compliance management, and audit processes. Programme management experience leading information security, cybersecurity, and technology projects is a must. • Communication: Precise and structured communicator, both written and verbal, in English. • Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively, coupled with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Impact: A track record of making workplaces better beyond just doing the basics. • Nice to Have: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA and knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL is desirable.
