Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support org-wide and programmatic administrative needs. • Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves streamlining processes, supporting financial report reviews, ensuring smooth logistical coordination for meetings and events, and other administrative and grant management tasks. • The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, and willing to work across different time zones and cultural contexts. • This position provides essential support in project documentation, event coordination, financial management, communications, and general administrative tasks. • This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global team environment while contributing to impactful migration projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with a global, multicultural team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and preferred experience with QuickBooks, WordPress, and Adobe. • Experience with event management and logistics. • Experience with social media platforms. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Familiarity with CRM tools and SAAS platforms is a plus. • Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours on occasion to work with team members who are based in other time zones.
