Description

• Conduct QA audits for new product releases • Aggregate, analyze & improve LandaGPT integration (Bot) • Contribute to engineering efforts (solve bugs, review jira) while troubleshooting complex user issues and communicating with engineers, designers, and property managers • Create automations, write user documentation & optimize our support documentation and processes to improve users’ experiences and help take our onboarding to the next level • Improve our onboarding tooling - written mostly in Python and bash.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year coding in Python - a must • Proficiency working in a technical environment and comfort solving technical user issues • SQL experience • Tech-savvy with an ability to navigate multiple complex systems simultaneously to respond to user inquiries • A love for troubleshooting and debugging new issues • Team player, with a problem-solving approach • Experience in investing and or managing your own investment portfolio - definitely a plus • Familiarity with our tech stack: Jira, Mixpanel, Superblocks, Customer.io, Jam, Github, and Contentful.
