Description

• The Facilities Operations Specialist supports Landmark’s portfolio of maintenance programs. • Partner with Regional Directors – Facilities to maintain assigned assets. • Conduct annual property assessments and ensure life safety inspections. • Assist site team with property inspections and documentation. • Ensure compliance with Landmark Policies and Procedures and OSHA guidelines. • Assist Community Manager with managing facilities operating budget. • Perform inventory evaluation of the maintenance shop. • Train maintenance site team on standard operating procedures. • Assist with recruiting for vacant maintenance positions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance (including HVAC, plumbing and electrical) required. • Supervisory experience preferred. • EPA Universal & CPO Certification required. • Experience with student housing turnover preferred. • Experience with Entrata preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be able to manage one’s own time effectively.
