• Drive growth strategy for Land O’Lakes’ Agriculture Enterprise Team • Build relationships with agriculture cooperative CEOs • Act as a strategic consultant for cooperative system growth • Collaborate to identify growth opportunities across teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related agricultural field • 10+ years of people leadership experience • Minimum of 5 years of leading a business or having oversight of a P&L • Master’s degree in business or related agricultural field is preferred • 5+ years of prior business consulting experience is preferred • Animal nutrition/feed background preferred
