Description

• Support and maintain low-latency infrastructure. • Develop tools, data solutions, and system integrations. • Monitor the health and performance of trading systems. • Respond promptly to system alerts and incidents. • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for trading platforms. • Investigate and diagnose technical issues in trading systems. • Develop tools and data solutions to enhance system performance. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry. • Proven experience with low-latency trading systems and market data feeds. • Technical Skills: Unix/Linux, Bash, Tooling, Vim/Emacs, TCP/IP, latency and troubleshooting, packet capture, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Bash, Python, FIX, REST API, HTTP, WebSocket, SSH, SSL. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
