• Maintain, update, and develop new sections and features on the company intranet, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and accessible. • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, including company updates, announcements, newsletters, and memos. • Develop engaging content for internal audiences, including written, visual, video, and multimedia content. • Design and implement virtual spaces and initiatives that encourage employee interaction, collaboration, and recognition. • Track and report to leadership on the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, using analytics to guide improvements. • Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to improve processes, procedures, and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in internal communications, content management, or a similar role. • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and intranet software. • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting. • Comfortable working directly with company leaders. • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
