• Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences for software products. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. • Conduct user research and usability testing. • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices. • Maintain design guidelines in collaboration with other designers. • Support Agile team contributions in project processes. • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executives. • Support quality management system (QMS) improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field (master’s preferred). • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX designer at multiple organizations. • Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to implementation. • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs across various software applications. • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers. • Expertise in user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing, personas). • Strong ability to translate research insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to back up design decisions with data and research. • Ability to innovate within constraints, balancing user needs with business and technical limitations. • Familiarity with WCAG standards and designing for accessibility across platforms.
