Description

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform. • Create and maintain content calendars that align with business goals and brand messaging. • Craft engaging copy, graphics, and short-form video content to maximize engagement. • Monitor and engage with followers across all channels to build relationships and brand advocacy. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion, and to meet overall content marketing program goals. • Stay up to date on trends in B2B social media and implement best practices. • Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for B2B organizations. • Expertise in creating short-form video content, including graphic reels. • Strong knowledge of social media analytics and tools. • Proven ability to develop platform-specific strategies and engaging content. • Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills. • Familiarity with language services or similar industries is a plus.
