Description

• Responsible for driving strategy and performance for organic and paid social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube. • Develop and execute on global social media strategy; channel-by-channel for organic and paid. • Manage our social agency, guiding the day-to-day operations of calendar and content creation. • Create and oversee engaging social media campaigns to support marketing efforts. • Collaborate with Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice. • Own Community Management for our active social channels. • Analyze performance to evolve/optimize overarching strategy. • Stay on top of trends in Social Media strategy, channels, design, applications, and tools. • Oversee and manage internal documentation of social best practices. • Lead agile project management initiatives to enhance social media campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience. • 5 years of B2B social media experience, including managing an agency. • Having B2B SaaS and/or cybersecurity experience is a plus. • Experience with Hubspot or other Marketing Automation is a plus. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus. • In-depth knowledge of global social media marketing strategy and the entire social marketing mix—organic, paid, owned and earned. • Specific in-depth expertise with the LinkedIn platform including Campaign Manager, and full understanding of X, Facebook, and YouTube platforms. • Experience implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns. • Deep experience with web and social analytics tools; proficiency in metrics-based decision making. • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communicator, writer and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. • Ability to be both a self-starter and team player; strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to balance priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
