Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role required • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube platforms • Ability to analyze social media KPIs and make recommendations for improvement. • Ability to pivot quickly as the needs of the organization change • Interest in exploring AI opportunities within social media while maintaining originality and the “human touch.” • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities from various stakeholders simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization. • Creative mindset; ability to create relevant content for audiences and followers. • Copywriting experience a plus • Education or accounting experience a plus.
