β’ Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. β’ Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement, and drive traffic to the company's website or landing pages. β’ Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains fresh, relevant, and competitive. β’ Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers, partners, and collaborators to expand the company's reach and amplify its messaging. β’ Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders as needed. β’ Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, customer service, and product development, to align social media strategies with business goals and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels. β’ Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. β’ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for social media growth and differentiation.
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is a plus! β’ 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and growth strategy development. β’ Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, including the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. β’ Proven track record of successfully executing social media campaigns and achieving measurable results, such as increased engagement, followers, and conversions. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and creative copy for various social media platforms. β’ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar. β’ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. β’ Knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video editing tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro, is a plus. β’ Experience in paid social media advertising, influencer marketing, and community management is preferred.
