β€’ Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. β€’ Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement, and drive traffic to the company's website or landing pages. β€’ Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains fresh, relevant, and competitive. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers, partners, and collaborators to expand the company's reach and amplify its messaging. β€’ Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders as needed. β€’ Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, customer service, and product development, to align social media strategies with business goals and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels. β€’ Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. β€’ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for social media growth and differentiation.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is a plus! β€’ 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and growth strategy development. β€’ Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, including the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. β€’ Proven track record of successfully executing social media campaigns and achieving measurable results, such as increased engagement, followers, and conversions. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and creative copy for various social media platforms. β€’ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video editing tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro, is a plus. β€’ Experience in paid social media advertising, influencer marketing, and community management is preferred.
