• Deliver a platform making a significant difference in people’s lives every day. • Support & implement custom Workday integrations. • Evaluate and recommend improvements on existing configurations. • Collaborate with internal Workday users and support Workday inbound and outbound integration issues. • Provide UAT and Quality Assurance testing.

Requirements

• 3+ Years Workday HCM experience. • Experience supporting Workday integrations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with technical and business resources. • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. • Understanding of HR business processes and operations required. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into operational requirements. • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution. • Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data.
