Description

• The Platform Engineer will manage end-user technology landscape. • Ensure stability, security, and performance of systems for productivity. • Responsible for overseeing end-user software suite and IT ecosystem. • Collaborate with System Engineers to design and build scalable platforms. • Focus on software packaging, deployment, patch management, and operating system maintenance. • Aim to optimize operational efficiency and streamline user interactions. • Contribute to a high-performing, user-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems. • Experience with Microsoft Intune and ConnectWise Automate for software deployment and configuration. • Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and other Azure services is a plus. • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) and configuration management tools. • A passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. • A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team. • Enterprise-level experience in IT Service Desk operations. • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional project teams within IT. • Expert level understanding of workstation, server, and storage technologies. • Must possess the ability to work both independently and as a part of a Project Team. • Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Must be able to interact with clients, project team, vendors, and other external groups in a professional manner. • Proficient verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task while working independently. • Self-driven desire to learn, grow, innovate and teach others.
