β’ 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, access control or a related field. β’ Experience in SaaS, technology, or telecommunications is a plus. β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β’ Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. β’ Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. β’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, and other sales enablement platforms.
