β€’ Motivated, strategic thinker needed as Channel Account Executive. β€’ Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners. β€’ Drive revenue growth by enabling and supporting partner ecosystem. β€’ Develop and maintain trust-based relationships. β€’ Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. β€’ Collaborate with partners on strategies and business plans. β€’ Provide ongoing training and support. β€’ Monitor partner performance metrics and implement plans to achieve targets. β€’ Act as primary point of contact for channel partners. β€’ Work cross-functionally with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, access control or a related field. β€’ Experience in SaaS, technology, or telecommunications is a plus. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. β€’ Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. β€’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, and other sales enablement platforms.
